Credit Advisor

Function

You will focus primarily on lending and take on a role that combines customer contact, analysis and commercial acumen. Experience is an asset, but above all, a down-to-earth and professional approach makes all the difference.

Your responsibilities:

• You will assist customers with their loan applications and assess their financial situation and needs.
• You analyse files and carefully draw up credit proposals.
• You will monitor applications from the initial consultation right through to their final processing.
• You’ll help us find the most suitable financing solution.
• You will actively maintain contact with customers and ensure that matters are followed up properly.
• You will work closely with colleagues within the office.
• You will ensure that your records are complete and up to date from an administrative point of view.
• Over time, you will build a strong relationship of trust with your customers.

Profile

We’re not looking for a smooth-talking salesperson, but rather someone who is self-assured and exudes confidence in a calm manner. Does this sound like you?

• Ideally, you will already have experience of lending within the financial sector.
• Ideally, you will already hold your PCP certificates or be willing to obtain them.
• You work with attention to detail and take responsibility for your cases.
• You are customer-focused, whilst maintaining a sound commercial mindset.
• You think along with the customer and aren’t afraid to form your own opinion.
• You are ambitious and may see a future for yourself within the firm.
• You’re more down-to-earth than outgoing, and you feel at home in a professional, no-nonsense environment.
• A good knowledge of French is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You’re interested in financial products and are comfortable working with digital systems.

Priority is given to candidates with prior experience. However, the firm is open to candidates with a strong profile who possess the right skills and motivation.
