Your function

Your duties will include:

• You advise private customers on their insurance needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• You build a long-term relationship with customers and actively work with them to find solutions.
• You identify business opportunities and take the initiative in pursuing them.
• You will handle applications, quotations, amendments and other insurance files.
• You will monitor files meticulously from an administrative point of view and ensure they are processed correctly.
• You will answer customers’ enquiries and assist them with their insurance claims.

Profile
