Insurance customer advisor

Function

As an Insurance Customer Adviser, you’ll be the main point of contact for private customers. You’ll answer their questions, work with them to assess their situation and ensure that their insurance policies are perfectly tailored to their lives. Thanks to your personalised approach, customers feel listened to and well looked after.

You will combine client contact with meticulous administrative follow-up, thereby actively contributing to the firm’s continued growth.

Tasks

• Managing and monitoring insurance files for private clients
• Advising clients on the most suitable insurance solutions
• Drawing up, amending and managing insurance policies
• Answering enquiries by telephone, email and during visits to the office
• Maintaining contacts with insurance companies
• Processing files and changes in an administratively correct manner
• Identifying commercial opportunities within the existing client portfolio
• Actively contributing ideas on the further development of our services

Profile

You find fulfilment in building long-term customer relationships and enjoy working in an environment where quality is paramount.

You recognise yourself (largely) in the following:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
• Initial experience in the insurance sector is a real asset
• You are administratively strong and work accurately
• You communicate fluently and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• You put the customer first and provide honest and well-considered advice
• You have a flair for business and can spot opportunities without being pushy
• Je werkt graag samen en springt collega's bij wanneer nodig
• Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
• Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office; kennis van BRIO is een pluspunt
• Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands én Frans
