Function

As an insurance production manager, you are the administrative and commercial contact for our customers and partners. You manage insurance files from creation to follow-up, and assist customers in taking out new policies or adjusting existing contracts. You work together with experts, bring administrative flow into the office and think along about optimisation. Your tasks are varied: today an advisory meeting with a client, tomorrow managing quotations and following up documents.

• You have strong commercial acumen and customer-oriented mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality
• You like structure, accuracy and order
• You know how to express yourself fluently in Dutch, any additional language is a bonus
• Starting or experienced profiles are welcome - eagerness to learn and enthusiasm are key!
• Diploma in a commercial or administrative field? Fine, relevant work experience also counts
