Function

Always wanted to play a crucial role in the construction sector while contributing to sustainability? As Prevention advisor Level 2 & ESG officer You will be the pivotal figure in these projects! What does your working day entail? A mix of technical challenges, social interactions and strategic decisions. You ensure that safety, health and sustainability are not just words, but a flag that fully covers the load. Your responsibilities include:

• Implementing and monitoring our prevention policy, where you risk analyses implements and establishes actions for a safe working environment
• Developing and monitoring ESG strategies (Environmental, Social, Governance), so that sustainability is firmly embedded in our policies
• Organising training and awareness campaigns for both internal employees and external partners
• Working directly with project managers and management to achieve safety and sustainability objectives
• Preparing and presenting reports, converting analyses into concrete improvement proposals

Profile

We are looking for someone experienced in safety and sustainability with a solid dose of social insight and connection to the construction industry. Do you recognise yourself in this?

• Level 2 prevention advisor diploma in hand, complemented by an affinity for ESG strategies
• At least 3-5 years' work experience in a similar role within a technical sector is a must
• Communicatively strong and a real team player, while also able to work independently
• Excellent organisational skills and analytical insight are a must
• Attention to detail and a passion for safety, sustainability and innovation
• You are fluent in Dutch, with basic knowledge of French and English as an added advantage
