Production planner
Function
As a Production Planner / Purchaser, you act as the link between production, sales, design and suppliers. You ensure that production runs efficiently and that the correct raw materials are available on time. Your responsibilities:
- Drawing up and monitoring the weekly production schedule.
- Monitor production on a daily basis and process production data in Excel and the ERP system.
- Prepare production runs based on incoming orders.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and place orders in good time.
- Make small purchases and request quotes from suppliers.
- Maintaining contact with suppliers who are mainly English- and German-speaking.
- Work closely with the production manager, the sales department and the design team.
Profile
You are a talented organiser who enjoys keeping track of things and communicates effectively with various internal and external parties.
Your profile:
- A technical background is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Experience in production planning, supply chain management or procurement.
- A strong knowledge of Excel and an interest in working with an ERP system.
- Analytical, meticulous and able to cope with pressure.
- A good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.

Thanks to their in-house design department and production facility, they combine creativity, quality and flexibility. Offer
As a production planner, you can look forward to an attractive remuneration package that reflects your expertise and experience. We offer:
- A gross salary of between €3,500 and €4,000, depending on experience (negotiable).
- Meal vouchers worth €7 per working day, group insurance, a 13th month’s salary and holiday pay.
- Additional benefits such as travel allowance (public transport or cycling) and pension savings.
- A fixed working timetable from 08:00 to 16:00 (day shift, Mon–Fri).
- The opportunity for growth and to take on more responsibility (for example, supplier negotiations).
