Claims Manager

Function

Your range of tasks:

As a Claims Manager, you are the point of contact for customers when they need you most. You combine your empathy with sharp file follow-up and a structured approach.

Specifically, you will:

• Follow up claims files from A to Z: telephone contact, analysis, administration and communication.
• Helping customers in a professional and warm manner.
• Gather the necessary documents to proceed quickly and efficiently.
• Liaise with insurance companies.
• Handle a lot of telephony and administration: so structure and stress resistance are key.
• Working together with your colleagues from claims and production: you are one strong team moving each other forward.

Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in insurance.
• At least initial experience in claims management or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• A professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to switch between various tasks and responsibilities.
