You manage your diary independently and take the initiative to create new opportunities.

  • You will build up a client portfolio, manage existing relationships and expand your network in West Flanders and Wallonia.
  • You actively seek out new business, arrange appointments and follow up on leads meticulously and proactively.
  • You analyse the situation and the customers’ needs, and advise them on the most suitable air-to-water or air-to-air heat pump.
  • You explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • You will oversee the commercial process from initial contact through to follow-up and the further development of the relationship.
  • You will work closely with the commercial and technical teams and provide feedback on relevant customer information.
  • You’ll stay up to date with product developments, market trends and developments within the energy transition.

You’ll be given the freedom to work independently, take the initiative and help drive further growth in West Flanders and Wallonia. At the same time, you can count on an entrepreneurial working environment, driven technical colleagues and support from an enthusiastic sales team.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for a commercially-minded individual with a keen interest in sustainable energy technology.

You have some initial experience in a commercial, technical or customer-facing role and feel at ease in a role that combines prospecting, advising and relationship management.

  • You speak and write Dutch and French fluently and switch effortlessly between Flemish and Walloon clients.
  • You have demonstrable knowledge of, or a strong technical affinity with, heat pumps, preferably with air-to-water and air-to-air applications.
  • You are willing to work independently and to organise your region, diary, appointments and follow-up tasks efficiently.
  • You are commercially driven, results-oriented and proactive in identifying and following up on new opportunities.
  • You communicate professionally, listen actively and are able to build trust with customers and partners.

Those who do not yet possess comprehensive product knowledge will be given the opportunity to develop this further through a thorough in-house training programme.
