Site Manager Infra

Function

As Site Manager (Infrastructure) You are the linchpin on site and ensure that people, planning and execution are all properly coordinated. You maintain an overview and ensure that every project is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with the agreed plans.

• You prepare the site and ensure it is well organised
• You draw up the schedule for the works and the various teams
• You will manage several teams and work closely with the team leaders
• You will monitor the progress of the project and report on it
• You will be responsible for managing the site’s administration, from planning permission to the as-built documentation
• You will attend site meetings and act as the first point of contact on site
• You will ensure that safety and quality regulations are correctly followed
• You will oversee the timing, quality and proper execution of the works
• You regularly liaise with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders

Profile

As natural leader You know how to get a team moving whilst keeping track of everything on site. You combine technical knowledge with a practical approach and strong communication skills

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Ideally, you will already have several years’ experience as a site manager
• You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a knowledge of French and English
• You are able to manage different priorities and fluctuating workloads effectively
• You have strong organisational skills and enjoy keeping track of things
• You’re a real team player and know how to motivate your colleagues
• You are flexible and have a keen interest in engineering and infrastructure projects
• You communicate fluently, clearly and in a results-oriented manner
