Functie

- You are involved in the whole merger and acquisition process and make sure that all the steps in the process are properly documented and reported - You screen and filter information memoranda of interesting target companies for acquisition or partnerships - Of these dossiers, you make clear and relevant summaries and give advice for the next steps. Your analytical skills and financial background enable you to identify relevant info about sales growth, gross margin, EBITDA, market share,?  You present this information verbally and in writing. - By organizing meetings and conference calls with all involved parties and making reports of these meetings you make sure that you keep everyone informed and engaged in the M&A process - You attend the meetings of the M&A team and management of target companies abroad. You are responsible for the consolidation of the  financial reporting of the international business units. You do this by integrating the information reported from the subsidiaries. This package of information will be distributed to the CEO, CFO and Board

They have strong international ambitions and are planning several acquisitions of HR-companies in Europe; mainly in France, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain. 

Profiel

- You have 2 to 4 years working experience in M&A, for instance in a consultancy company - You have a master?s degree preferably in economics or finance - Extensive travelling in Europe is required (Germany, France, the Netherlands,?) A good business understanding, financial knowledge and strong analytical skills are key - Your communication and presentation skills (verbally and in writing) are critical in the coordination of the M&A process - You will  report to the Group CFO - Language skills:  your English is fluent, German and French would be a plus - You are at expert level in Excel and Power Point - Confidentiality is, taking into account the sensitivity of the information you work with, an absolute must
