Accountant

Function

You will join a warm team of three colleagues and be responsible for:

• Entry and processing of purchase invoices
• Helping prepare the monthly closures and reports
• Handling the entire VAT declaration process
• Helping to follow up files at the National Bank
• Checking and posting expense reports
• Proper filing and maintenance of financial documents
• Daily support to the finance team
• Ambition to eventually take on additional duties and responsibilities in the accounting field

Profile

• Bachelor or master in accounting or similar degree
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and basic ERP experience
• You work accurately and in an organised way, with a sense of initiative
• You speak English fluently; basic knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
• Able to work autonomously with an open, inquisitive attitude
• You have ambition and are keen to grow
