Architect – project coordinator

Function

As a project coordinator, you will oversee construction and renovation projects from the planning stage through to completion. You will combine planning, site supervision and communication.

• As a project coordinator, you will draw up quotations, budgets and bills of quantities.
• You will take charge of work planning independently, from requesting quotes to drawing up schedules.
• As a planner, you closely monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments where necessary.
• On site, you’ll supervise contractors and subcontractors and monitor quality.
• You will be the point of contact for clients, architects and other stakeholders.
• As a project coordinator, you keep budgets, invoices, additional work and deadlines firmly under control.
• You will also be responsible for the handover and follow-up of any outstanding issues.

You will ensure that every project is carried out smoothly, to a high standard and in accordance with the agreements made.
