Assistant Planner Transport

Function

As an Assistant Planner Transport, you will be the backbone of our daily operations in Affligem. You will be involved in planning school trips, pool trips and other regular transport services. It's always right with you, right down to the last green card. Furthermore, you are the point of contact for drivers and take phone calls as if you have never done anything else. Oh yes, you are also part of permanence (1 week out of 3), so flexibility is your middle name. But wait, it doesn't stop there! In your role as HR assistant, you'll also handle payroll processing (yes, people are going to like you). You will create personnel files, track documents and help new team members get a flying start within the company.

Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who:

• Flexible, stress-resistant and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and French (minimum level A2).
• Embraces challenges and can prioritise like a pro.
• Has basic knowledge of social legislation (this is a plus but not a must).
• Affinity with personnel administration and payroll processing.
• Takes initiative and likes to think about improvements.
