Assistant team leader Night

Your duties

As Assistant teamlead, you are an important link during the night shift. You will support the operations manager and help keep the team on track.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the daily management of the night shift
• Following up the planning and distribution of work
• Monitor quality, safety guidelines and internal procedures
• Act as first point of contact for employees during the shift
• Identifying operational problems and actively thinking about solutions
• Support with simple IT-related questions or operational system issues
• Report to supervisor on progress and areas of concern

With this position, you will play an important role in ensuring efficient and smooth operations within a rapidly growing company.

• Experience within a logistics, production or operational environment is a plus
• You work in a structured way and have an eye for detail
• You take responsibility and know how to positively manage colleagues
• You are willing to work in a regular night shift work
• Basic knowledge of IT systems or experience with operational software is a plus
• You are communicative and solution-oriented
