Assistant planner

Function

Onze klant zoekt een tijdelijke ondersteuning op de planningsafdeling. Als assistent planner speel je een cruciale rol in de coördinatie van multimodale transportoplossingen. Je ondersteunt diverse interne afdelingen en fungeert als back-up binnen het team. Belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

• Creation and management of operational files
• Processing corrections and reporting discrepancies
• Ondersteunen van de transportplanners bij verschillende transportopdrachten
• Management of operational administration

Profile

Voor deze vervanging zoeken we een assistent planner die zich herkent in onderstaande zaken:

• Logistics experience is nice but not an absolute must. Administratively, you are strong!
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, een mondje Nederlands is zeker ook aan te raden
• Affinity with logistics and transport within Europe
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Stress-resistant and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
