Function
Some of the tasks
- Je staat in voor de planning, organisatie en opvolging van de werkzaamheden op de werf.
- Je beheert de bestekken, budgetten en materiaallijsten.
- Je coördineert en motiveert je ploeg(en) op de werf.
- Je rapporteert de voortgang en neemt actief deel aan werfvergaderingen.
- Je groeit geleidelijk door naar een rol met steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen de verschillende projecten.
Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma Bouwkunde heeft en geboeid is door burgerlijke bouwkunde en betonrenovatie.
- Creatief en analytisch denkt en graag innovatieve oplossingen uitwerkt.
- Positief ingesteld is, natuurlijk leiderschap toont en graag samenwerkt.
- Initiatief neemt, energie uitstraalt en klaar is om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
- Een echte doener is met een professionele werkhouding en een gezonde dosis humor.
- Het Nederlands goed beheerst. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
