Project Manager

Function

As project manager, you will be responsible for

• De dagelijkse opvolging van jouw projecten (woningen, appartementen, kantoren,...).
• Managing 4 to 5 sites and scheduling suppliers and subcontractors in a timely manner.
• Het uitwerken van de planning.
• Het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de werken en het toezien op de veiligheid.
• Leading site meetings.
• Het opmaken van de vorderingsstaten.
• Het opvolgen van rendement, budget en planning.
• Provisional and final delivery.

Profile

Je bent in het bezit van

• Een bachelordiploma in de bouw, een master bouwkunde of relevante ervaring als projectleider binnen de algemene bouw.
• Een uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je fungeert immers als aanspreekpunt voor diverse betrokkenen gedurende het volledige bouwproces.
