Function

Our client is looking for a active Business Banker with the aim of further growing their CommV. You’ll be joining a dynamic team of business banking professionals.

The aim of the role is to to welcome customers in a friendly manner and provide service to clients, with a view to identifying opportunities and referring them through proactive and reactive discussions.

Following thorough technical and commercial training, you will have a thorough understanding of our client’s products and will face the following challenges:

• Managing a customer portfolio (SMEs + the liberal professions + the self-employed);
• Recruitment of new relationships;
• Generating leads on the basis of references;
• As well as sales, you will also be responsible for a successful implementation of products and services as well as after-sales;
• Working closely together with other markets and generating valuable referrals;

Profile

Who are we looking for as a Business Advisor?

• You must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience;
• Customer focus is held in high regard by you;
• You are a real team player with a commercial mindset;
• You are enthusiastic and communicative;
• You are flexible and socially adept;
• You are resilient and self-assured;
• The establishing and maintaining contacts is in your nature;
• You can work independently;
• Relevant experience is a requirement when it comes to loans to the self-employed and businesses;
