As Mortgage and Insurance Specialist geef je advies aan klanten met plannen voor de bouw, verbouwing en aankoop van een onroerend goed.

• Je zoekt samen met de klant de financieel en fiscaal meest optimale oplossing;
• Je biedt eveneens de geschikte verzekeringen en bijhorende diensten aan;
• Je volgt elk dossier stipt op, en zorgt voor een professionele service, ook na realisatie van de projecten;
• Je houdt je kennis van producten en fiscaliteit op peil, via interne en externe opleidingen;
• Je bent mee met de digitale evolutie en je streeft maximale klantentevredenheid na;

Profile

Who are we looking for as a Business Advisor?

• You have at least a bachelor's degree op zak of evenwaardige ervaring als woonkredietspecialist;
• Je hebt interesse in de bancaire wereld, en fiscaliteit schrikt je niet af;
• You are communicative and has sterke commerciële vaardigheden;
• You like challenges, verlegt graag je grenzen, en bent results-oriented;
• You are sociaal aangelegd en bent een echte een team player;
• You are creatief en flexibel set;
