Function
The Technical Commercial Calculator forms a crucial link between sales, engineering and production. In this role, technical dossiers are thoroughly analysed and translated into correct and competitive price calculations. The calculator draws up professional quotations and acts as point of contact for both clients and colleagues on technical issues. You also actively contribute to maintaining and expanding customer relations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Analysing building plans and selecting suitable profiles and materials
- Preparation of price calculations and quotations for projects in aluminium joinery
- Requesting and processing price information from suppliers
- Working closely with the sales team and providing technical support
- Thinking along on optimisations in cost and execution
Profile
- Technical understanding of aluminium joinery or a relevant construction background
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Commercial attitude and solution-oriented thinking
- Experience with calculation software (such as ReynaPro, LogiKal, or similar) is a plus
- Independent, structured and proactive work behaviour
- Clear and professional communication
- Fluency in Dutch
