Function

• You will process price requests and prepare quotations.
• You liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to request price estimates.
• You perform detailed cost calculations.
• During negotiations, you meticulously check calculations and oversee the correctness of all data.
• You will monitor the progress of measurement and progress reports together with site managers.
• You ensure a smooth transfer of the calculation file to the execution phase.
• You draw up final claims.
• You will discuss the post-calculation and financial result of each project together with the business manager.

Profile

The cut future colleague looks like this:

• In possession of a bachelor's or master's degree in construction engineering, or a technical degree with relevant experience.
• Eager to learn and motivated to develop yourself further.
• Works in a structured and precise manner, with a passion for the construction industry.
• Possesses strong building engineering acumen.
• Flexible and able to make quick adjustments in calculations.
• Can handle deadlines well and feels at home in a desk job.
• Has a good knowledge of MS Office.
• Communicates fluently in Dutch.
