Function

Do you turn every customer into a true brand ambassador?

• You will guide private customers through the process of choosing windows and doors (PVC, aluminium or timber) from start to finish, providing expert advice and paying close attention to detail
• You will welcome these customers either at home or in our client’s spacious, modern showroom in Leuven
• Together with the team, you will ensure a warm and professional welcome for visitors to the showroom
• Leads are provided internally: you take them on with great enthusiasm and follow them up personally (no cold calling!)
• You carry out the initial technical measurements at the customer’s premises
• Customers can count on you; you draw up the quotation and discuss it in detail in the showroom.
• You will monitor each case closely, from the quotation stage right through to the signing of the sales contract
• You work efficiently using the suppliers’ calculation software, keep your records up to date and prepare each file carefully for the technical department
• You organise your own schedule and work mainly from Tuesday to Saturday between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm (with flexible hours)

Profile

Would you like to put your commercial skills to good use in a dynamic team?

• You have some initial commercial experience, preferably in the B2C windows and doors sector
• For you, selling and advising go hand in hand: you work alongside the customer, without resorting to a hard-sell approach
• You have a strong interest in building, renovating and engineering
• You have an extensive network and present a well-groomed appearance
• You communicate clearly, professionally and with a customer-focused approach
• You are results-oriented, put the customer first and are able to work independently
• You like flexibility, and working on Saturdays (as part of a 5-day week) is no problem for you
• You are computer literate and can use the Office suite (experience with spreadsheet programmes or CRM systems would be an advantage)
