Customer Service Advisor / Case Manager

Function

As a client adviser and account manager, you will be assigned your own portfolio of independent professionals and management companies.

Your responsibilities will include the following, amongst other things:

• You will manage and monitor your client files from start to finish.
• You are the first point of contact for enquiries and advice.
• You monitor your clients’ tax situation and identify opportunities.
• You actively contribute ideas on tax optimisation.
• You advise clients on important financial and tax decisions.
• You will produce interim reports and analyses.
• You discuss the figures with your clients and translate them into clear insights.
• You proactively follow up on cases and take action when you spot opportunities or areas for attention.
• You will work alongside in-house specialists when a case requires additional expertise.

What’s more, thanks to the firm’s digital way of working, you won’t get bogged down in administrative tasks. The focus is, as far as possible, on understanding the case, advising clients and delivering added value.

Profile

This role requires someone with a strong enough grasp of the subject matter to sit down with clients and discuss matters independently.

• You have a good knowledge of accountancy, taxation and company law.
• You have experience as a file manager, accountant or client adviser within an accountancy firm.
• Experience in the liberal professions and/or management companies is a strong asset.
• You think proactively and look beyond the question the customer is asking today.
• You have a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
• You are a fluent communicator and explain financial matters clearly.
• You will work independently and take responsibility for your own portfolio.
• You have an analytical mind and can quickly spot areas for improvement.
• You have good digital skills and are open to a modern, largely digital way of working.
• Discretion and professionalism come naturally to you.
