Function

• As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for assisting retail customers with their banking and insurance questions, both in day-to-day transactions and more complex financial needs.
• You are the first point of contact and listen to genuine needs, find the best solution together with the customer and build a long-term relationship of trust.
• You are committed to digitalisation and encourage your customers to use convenient online banking tools.
• You analyse customer situations, detect opportunities and propose personalised proposals, always with a view to a long-term relationship.
• You actively contribute to commercial objectives and take initiative in campaigns and actions.
• You switch smoothly between our various offices in the Vilvoorde, Hoeilaart and surrounding area - so mobility and flexibility are second nature to you.
• Teamwork is key: together with your colleagues, you meet regularly to optimise files and discuss results.
• You ensure correct administration and handle everything according to applicable rules.

Profile

• You obtained at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in banking and finance, economics or business management. Other degrees will be considered if you convince us with your motivation and talent!
• You have a stable and relevant career, perhaps already having experience in a commercial or customer-facing setting.
• Taking initiative is in your blood: you quickly pick up on what customers really need and surprise them with your empathy.
• You communicate clearly, ask the right questions and think solution-oriented.
• You feel good in a young, dynamic team and are happy with variety in your day.
• A basic knowledge of French/English is indispensable.
• Digital tools don't scare you off; on the contrary, you enjoy helping customers get started.
• Discretion, accuracy and customer focus come naturally to you.
