Customer advisor Business Banking

Function

• You will support entrepreneurs, self-employed people and SMEs in their day-to-day financial activities and business growth plans.
• As a confidant for our business customers, you will handle a variety of questions related to credit, accounts, insurance and digital tools.
• You will be responsible for proper management of operational files, ensure smooth administration and monitor the application of applicable legislation (KYC, AML, GDPR).
• You will work closely with the team and share insights and opportunities to achieve common commercial goals.
• Taking initiative in planning, following up, and spotting opportunities is in your DNA.
• You will follow up on leads, supporting your colleagues with your expertise and fresh eyes - depending on your experience, you will be given more and more responsibility.
• You work in a flexible model and are willing to move between the various regional offices between Vilvoorde, Hoeilaart and the surrounding area.

Profile

• You hold at least a bachelor's degree (economics, finance or a similar field), or you can present an equivalent career path.
• Both starters and more experienced profiles are welcome: your motivation and sense of initiative make all the difference!
• Strong communication skills are a must - you are customer-oriented as well as solution-oriented, even when things get a bit more complex.
• You are critical and analytical, and enjoy getting to the bottom of files numerically and substantively.
• You plan and organise flawlessly, enjoy working in a team and like a solid framework.
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, a good knowledge of French and a basic knowledge of English.
• Digital tools (banking packages, CRM, Excel, etc.) will quickly become your own.
• You are discreet, committed and maintain a professional attitude.
