Are you a born organiser with a passion for logistics and transport planning? As Dispatcher Transport you are the link in the heart of our operations in Asse. In this role, you monitor the daily follow-up and coordination of transport planning, so that everything keeps running like a well-oiled machine. You interact with drivers, customers and internal colleagues, think solution-focused and constantly keep an overview, even when things get busy.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and optimising transport planning on a daily basis.
• Communication and coordination with drivers, customers and suppliers.
• Respond efficiently to unexpected changes or situations.
• Administrative processing of transport data and planning information.
• Delivering top service by keeping the entire operation running smoothly.

Profile

We are looking for a Dispatcher Transport with experience and a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills. In addition, we are looking for candidates with:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Very good command of Dutch, and good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Stress-resistance and solution-oriented attitude.
• Experience with TMS systems such as Qargo (pre).
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

It is important to note that this role requires a permanent presence at the Asse office for optimal follow-up of operational planning. Working from home is only possible sporadically and by mutual agreement.
