Function

• Organisatie en opvolging van luchtvrachtzendingen en baantransport (import & export) --> inclusief emergencies & customs
• Maintain customer contact and handle transport requests
• Contributing to tenders and tender documents
• Administrative processing of files - from documentation to invoicing
• Working with international agents and subcontractors
• Gaining basic knowledge of customs formalities and logistics regulations
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and contributing to quality improvement
• Keeping data up-to-date in internal systems such as spreadsheets and BMS

Profile

• Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor logistiek , of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• You speak vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
• You work accurate, bent leergierig en klantgericht.
• You feel good in a teamgerichte en internationale werkomgeving.
• Je bent bereid om een combinatie te doen van baan - en luchvtracht & emergencies + customs.
• Je bent bereid om in de late shift te werken (12u30 - 21u00) en in een roulement waarbij ook van 10u30 tot 19u00 wordt gewerkt.
