Financial controller

Function

• Setting up and structuring consolidation processes within the group
• Coordinate and execute consolidation across multiple companies
• Managing and supervising a senior accounting team (4 FTE)
• Optimising financial processes and reporting
• Function as a sparring partner for management
• Support audits and financial controls
• Analysing figures and formulating insights and improvement actions
• Help build a high-performance and scalable financial structure

Profile

• Master's degree in a financial field is a must
• Experience within audit or controlling in a complex structure
• Experience with multiple companies (large organisations)
• You can set up and structure processes independently
• You have maturity to manage and mentor a team
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Experience with consolidation is a plus, not a must - mindset is
