Internal sales – logistics

Function

As in-house sales specialist You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers;
• Actively seeking out new customers through prospecting, with a view to expanding the customer portfolio;
• Administrative follow-up of contracts, quotations and potential prospects via the internal system;
• Drawing up and updating rates;
• Advising customers and responding to their needs;
• Schedule appointments for your colleague in the outside sales team.

Profile

Are you the in-house sales specialist what we are looking for?

• You have experience in a similar commercial purpose or achieved a relevant bachelor’s degree programme;
• Ideally, you will have experience/knowledge of transport & logistics;
• The Dutch and French Manage your time well – knowledge of other languages, such as English, is an added bonus;
• You have a strong commercial acumen;
• You are accurate and strong administrative skills;
• You set priorities and are able to work in a dynamic environment;
• You are customer and have a solution-focused approach – you adapt easily to different types of people you’re talking to.
