- You enjoy keeping track of things, asking follow-up questions and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Profile
As an Insurance & Claims Administrative Assistant, you will recognise yourself in the profile below:
- Ideally, you will have some initial experience in the insurance sector and a genuine interest in continuing to learn within this field.
- You are assertive, have strong communication skills and are able to liaise with companies in a firm yet professional manner.
- You are able to monitor cases in a structured manner and switch easily between internal and external contacts.
- You are fluent in Dutch and also have a good knowledge of French: this is because you are also responsible for claims in Wallonia.
