Insurance administrator

Function

As an insurance administrator for SME clients, your duties will include the following:

• Managing and monitoring insurance policies of SME clients.
• Handling new insurance applications and adjusting or updating existing policies.
• Advise SME clients on their insurance contracts and inform them of relevant changes.
• Maintain relationships with customers and actively respond to their queries or needs.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and products that can add value for customers.

Profile

As an insurance administrator for SME clients, you have the following qualities:

• You have a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance or equivalent expertise through experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• A proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
• An eye for detail and a precise working method.
