Insurance administrator

Function

We are looking for an insurance administrator for our client, a bank and independent insurance broker.

Your role:

As an insurance administrator, you are the linchpin of the insurance team. You ensure that every case is handled smoothly and professionally, and that customers can always count on you.

Specifically, you will work on:

• Comprehensive management of insurance claims, from start to finish.
• Drawing up and processing quotations and policies.
• Tracking changes, suspensions and terminations.
• The handling and follow-up of claims.
• Liaising with customers and insurance companies.
• Administrative processing and file management.
• Taking a proactive approach to understanding customers’ insurance needs.

Profile

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in the insurance sector.
• You are meticulous, organised and like to keep track of things.
• A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills are second nature to you.
• You take responsibility and work independently.
• You have a positive attitude and are a real team player.
