Insurance Advisor

Function

As an insurance adviser, you can expect the following range of duties:

• You advise customers on various insurance solutions and clearly explain the options available.
• You will manage cases from start to finish and ensure they are properly followed up administratively.
• You will closely monitor policy applications, amendments and renewals.
• You build lasting relationships by proactively working with the customer to find solutions.
• You identify commercial opportunities and turn customer needs into suitable proposals.
• You’ll work alongside your colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional service.
• You keep your knowledge of insurance, procedures and regulations up to date.

Profile

The ideal candidate will recognise the following:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in finance and insurance, or equivalent experience.
• You communicate fluently and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• You work accurately, structured and with an eye for detail.
• You are familiar with BRIO and pick up new systems quickly.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
