Function

Als Adviseur verzekeringen ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over schade, polissen en optimalisaties van hun verzekeringspakket. Je werkt autonoom en tegelijk sterk samen met je collega’s én de verzekeringsagent.

What exactly are you doing?

• You will help customers with questions about their current or new insurance policies.
• You will prepare quotes and policies and take care of the corresponding administration.
• You will analyse the client's portfolio and detect new opportunities.
• You manage claims files from A to Z and negotiate with experts and the company where necessary.
• You build a relationship of trust with your customers, think proactively and ensure correct follow-up.

Profile

• You are commercially minded without being pushy.
• Being customer-focused is in your nature.
• You have good administrative acumen and work accurately.
• You are communicatively strong, take initiative and have a positive, flexible attitude.
• Interest or experience in insurance? Definitely a plus.
