As Insurance Advisor, you focus on production management within BOAR. You will guide customers, think about their situation and build your expertise step by step. Are you interested in life insurance? Then you will get the chance to grow further in that too.

You will end up in a role where you really make a difference to customers, without being purely sales-oriented.

Tasks

• Managing and preparing BOAR insurance policies
• Advising customers in a clear and personal way
• Follow-up of files from start-up to settlement
• Detecting customer needs and opportunities
• Maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Possible participation around life insurance (branch 21/23)
• Collaborating with colleagues within the office

Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in insurance and gets energy from customer contact.

You recognise yourself (largely) in the following:

• Interest in insurance (experience is a plus, not a must)
• You work accurately and in a structured way
• You communicate fluently and customer-oriented
• You are inquisitive and open to learning
• You take initiative and think along with customers
• You work independently, but also function well in a team
• Knowledge of BOAR is a plus, interest in life is nice
• PCP certificate or willing to obtain it
