Insurance relationship manager

Function

• Managing insurance portfolios in line with clients’ current needs and wishes;
• Advising on suitable insurance solutions and policy terms and conditions;
• Answering enquiries and providing support with claims handling;
• Actively providing information about changes to products and regulations;
• Monitoring contracts and renewals within the appropriate timeframe;
• Identifying additional needs and referring people where appropriate;
• Working together with colleagues within the organisation to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Profile

• Experience in insurance and an interest in customer relationship management are essential;
• A customer-focused approach and a problem-solving mindset contribute to customer satisfaction;
• Strong communication skills when assisting customers;
• Switching quickly between different cases and tasks;
• A willingness to learn in order to keep up to date with insurance products;

This firm is an established firm in Tervuren, where a team of four colleagues each insures their own speciality, including investments, loans and insurance. To support further growth, this office is looking for a driven Insurance Relationship Manager.

Offer

What can you expect from our client?

• A gross monthly salary of between €3,000 and €4,000, depending on relevant experience;
