Commercial Insurance Advisor

Function

• You are the first point of contact for private customers regarding BOAR insurance policies (fire, motor, family, etc.).
• Providing advice and making contact by telephone comes naturally to you. You proactively contact customers to offer them the best possible service.
• On the administrative side, you’ll ensure that files are processed correctly: you’ll keep meticulous records of everything from drawing up policies to follow-up.
• You’ll work as part of a team and lend a hand where needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.
• You will set targets and work in a results-oriented manner to secure new policies (target: approx. 20 per week).
• You’ll be given responsibility and the chance to show that you work in a structured and meticulous manner.

Profile

• Ideally, you will have a bachelor’s degree and/or several years’ experience in the insurance sector (BOAR is an advantage).
• Entry-level candidates with a keen desire to learn, ambition and commercial acumen are certainly also welcome to apply.
• You’re not afraid of dealing with customers over the phone and you get a real buzz from sales and advising customers.
• You work in a structured and meticulous manner and have an eye for a professional appearance (wearing a shirt is no trouble at all for you).
• You are flexible and able to work independently, but at the same time you are a true team player.
• Kessel-Lo is easily accessible for you.

Organisation
