Key Account Coordinator

Function

• First point of contact for assigned clients and responsible for the day-to-day management of their logistics services;
• Translating customer needs into concrete logistics solutions and drawing up, implementing and monitoring customer-focused procedures;
• Hold operational discussions with clients regarding transport, schedules, volumes, deliveries and any potential bottlenecks;
• Drawing up and following up on quotations and orders, including monitoring their operational implementation and profitability;
• Providing support for site surveys, logistics projects and special assignments, with a focus on efficient processes and practical feasibility;
• Work closely with the operations manager and the relevant departments to optimise processes, handle complaints appropriately and ensure the quality of service.
