Function

Werken aan een hoge klantentevredenheid is belangrijk.

Na een grondige technische en commerciële opleiding ken je de producten van onze klant door en door. Je staat in voor betalingsverkeer en bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten.

Doel van de functie is klantvriendelijk verwelkomen en bedienen van klanten. Via proactieve en reactieve gesprekken detecteer je opportuniteiten en werk je aan klantgerichte oplossingen.

• Je voert gesprekken met onze klanten. Hierbij gebruik je je kennis op alle domeinen van een bank-verzekeraar;
• You have voor alle domeinen een basiskennis onder de knie en verwijst door naar experts waar nodig;
• Je bent in staat om een 360° bancaire service te geven aan alle klanten;
• Je belt klanten op en nodigt ze uit voor een gesprek;
• Je bent mee met de digitale evolutie en kan dit overdragen op je collega’s en klanten;
• Je streeft maximale klantenservice na;
