Logistics clerk

Function

Als logistieke bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor de onderstaande takenpakket:

• Het beheren van logistieke diensten voor een grote klant actief in de speelgoed sector;
• Je fungeet als schakel tussen de klant en interne afdelingen (zoals magazijn, douane, transport, ...), evenals externe stakeholders;
• You will ensure that accurate data and schedules are available for inbound, outbound and value-added logistics (VAL) processes in the warehouse, and that specific customer agreements and requirements are met;
• Andere taken omvatten de administratieve verwerking en opvolging van logistieke diensten voor toegewezen klanten, het volgen van geïmplementeerde processen en klant gerelateerde werkinstructies, periodieke overleg- en afstemmingsmomenten met de klant, het afhandelen van klachten, het identificeren van potentiële problemen/knelpunten en brainstormen met de klant over oplossingen, en deelnemen/meedenken in het optimaliseren van processen.

Profile

Who are you As a logistics clerk, you possess the following qualities:

• You have gained your first work experience in an administrative or customer-facing role;
• Knowledge or background within the logistics sector is a plus;
• You are customer-oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English;
• You will work in a daytime position from 08h -17h15 and flexible to work 1-2 times a week until 19h;
• Preferably a bachelor's degree from an economics discipline;
• If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, have guts and want to grow, you are the ideal candidate for this position.
