Maintenance Engineer

Our client, a leading company in construction accessories and technical solutions, is looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance Engineer. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the production process.

Main tasks:

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
• Identifying and rectifying faults (electrical and mechanical)
• Developing and managing maintenance schedules
• Contributing to automation and optimisation projects
• Setting up and managing maintenance software (in conjunction with Process Manager)
• Relocating machinery and contributing ideas on efficient workflows
• Scheduling and coordinating maintenance appointments with in-house and external technicians
• Establishing and implementing machine safety measures
• Carrying out maintenance on the building

Profile

• A technical qualification in electromechanics, automation, engineering or equivalent through experience
• A keen interest in industrial machinery and manufacturing processes
• A hands-on approach and solution-focused thinking
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of automation and maintenance systems is an advantage
• A good command of Dutch (and/or English)
