Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift)

Function

• The night shift runs from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am, five nights a week, with the busiest period on Saturdays
• Managing the night shift order-picking team (up to 20 people)
• Ensuring goods inspection and internal transport
• Managing and monitoring logistics processes (receipt of goods, order picking)
• Ensuring an efficient division of tasks
• Ensuring the freshness and quality of incoming goods
• Working to tight deadlines: consignments must be ready by 4 am
• (Limited) performance of administrative tasks
• Tools used: digital systems for logistics management

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Several years’ relevant experience in logistics and management
• Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is an asset
• Not afraid of digital systems
• Organisational skills, perseverance and a sense of responsibility
• Experience of night work or a willingness to work at night
• The ability to work independently and make decisions quickly
