Payroll Administrator
Function
- Joining and leaving the company: Ensuring that new staff are processed correctly in the administrative system and that staff leaving the organisation are dealt with efficiently;
- Payroll & payroll administration: Processing and checking payroll changes, applying terms and conditions of employment, and ensuring compliance with social security legislation and payroll administration;
- Manage staff records: Creating, managing and keeping staff files up to date in the various HR systems;
- Leave registration: Checking and processing leave requests and time records via ProTime/MyProtime;
- HR support: Supporting the HR Manager and assisting with a range of HR-related administrative processes;
- Communication: Managing internal communications to ensure that staff are kept properly and promptly informed;
- Insurance & payroll administration: Monitoring of workplace accidents, group and hospitalisation insurance, medical examinations and case files within the Social Fund;
- Reporting: Providing support with HR reporting and administrative follow-up for Finance;
Profile
- You have at least a ASO or TSO qualification in Administration or a HR-focused training;
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in HR, with a keen interest in Payroll;
- We are looking for a analytical and accurate HR professional who structure brings, please ownership takes and energy derives from flawless payroll and personnel administration;
- Discreet, stress-resistant and administratively strong, with an eye for detail and quality;
- Smooth communication in the Dutch and French, both orally and in writing;
- Experience with Eblox and SD Worx is a major asset;
