Personal Banker

Function

Step by step, you will build up your own client portfolio and develop into a fully-fledged adviser to high-net-worth individuals.

• You will advise clients with assets ranging from approximately €100K to €1M
• You manage and develop your own portfolio
• You work proactively: every customer is contacted at least once a year
• You schedule 3 to 4 high-quality meetings every day
• You translate complex subject matter into clear, practical advice
• You’ll start in reception and progress through various stages to become a personal banker
• You will undertake an intensive training programme (including in Brussels)

Profile

They’re not looking for a traditional banker here. They’re looking for someone with drive.

• You have a commercial mindset and see things in terms of opportunities
• You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex matters in simple terms
• You work in a structured way and maintain discipline in your diary
• You can work independently and take responsibility
• You have the ambition to progress within the banking sector
• You’re full of drive and want to be part of a high-performing team
• Experience is a bonus, but not essential
