Plant engineer

Function

• Preparing, coordinating and realising small and medium-sized technical projects within an industrial environment.
• Support new installations, extensions and modifications to workshops, buildings and technical infrastructure.
• Designing, managing and implementing solutions around internal transport and material handling.
• Follow up on utility and energy-related projects.
• Manage and follow up on statutory inspections of technical installations and electrical infrastructure.
• Drafting and maintaining technical plans, layouts and documentation.
• Participate in cost-saving initiatives and optimisation projects.
• Collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to successfully complete projects.

Profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Electricity or equivalent technical training.
• Candidates with limited work experience or recent graduates are also eligible.
• You have a strong interest in technical installations, infrastructure and project work.
• You think analytically and work solution-oriented.
• You are eager to learn and have the motivation to master new processes and systems quickly.
• You work fluently with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Knowledge of electricity constitutes an additional asset.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
• You have a hands-on mentality and take initiative.
