Process engineer

Function

• You solve problems that arise in the production process and suggest structural improvements
• Je brengt processen in kaart en ontwikkelt methodes om de processen te optimaliseren en voert de optimalisatietesten uit
• Je initieert en leidt verbeterprojecten rond o.a. safety, productiviteit en onderhoud
• Je beheert optimalisatie- en implementatieprojecten van a tot z. Je superviseert en coördineert de betrokken projectteamleden en integreert hun technisch advies. Je controleert de resultaten, borgt deze en treft indien nodig verdere maatregelen
• Je modereert workshops om potentiële verbeteringen te identificeren, als onderdeel van verbeteringsinitiatieven .
• Je definieert en ondersteunt proces monitoring systemen
• You perform risk assessments
• Je ondersteunt productie door het maken van gestandaardiseerde werkinstructies, procesdocumenten en standaard operationele procedures

Profile

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie zijn de volgende kwalificaties, vaardigheden en ervaring vereist:

• Een bachelordiploma in werktuigbouwkunde, industrieel ingenieur of een gerelateerd vakgebied; een masterdiploma is een pluspunt.
• Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in procesengineering, productieoptimalisatie of machineontwikkeling.
• Uitstekende technische- en analytische vaardigheden met een sterke focus op probleemoplossing.
• Ervaring met documentatieprocessen en het opleiden van personeel is een pré.
• Grondige kennis van PLC-programmering en ervaring met systemen zoals Siemens en TIA Portal.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Het vermogen om zowel individueel als in teamverband te werken, en je comfortabel te voelen in een dynamische en soms chaotische werkomgeving.
