Production manager

Function

For the job of production manager You will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the production process. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

• You will be managing 21 operators working in three shifts;
• You draw up the operators’ rota based on the required output;
• You coach your team and help them reach a higher level, partly by conducting appraisal interviews;
• You monitor quality to ensure that quality standards are met;
• You take corrective action in the event of quality issues, stock shortages, staff absences or failure to use personal protective equipment;
• You are constantly thinking about continuous improvement and make decisions based on analyses and figures;
• In this role, you will report to the production manager – the team lead will report to you.

Profile

Are you the production manager what we are looking for?

• You have experience in a managerial role within a production environment;
• You have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree;
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. You can get by in French;
• You are analytical, have a head for figures and are meticulous.
