Project engineer - work planner

Function

Are you someone who likes to dig out technical files and help think about smart and efficient building solutions? Then this position as Project Engineer / Work Planner is for you.

In this role, you will be part of the project team and work closely with the project leader on the technical and commercial preparation of construction projects.

What will you do?

• Files and implementation plans are thoroughly studied and reviewed by you
• Your core tasks include the technical preparation of projects and the development of the implementation file
• You help develop optimisations and improvements in execution techniques
• Price requests are sent out by you and followed up with subcontractors and suppliers
• Commercial negotiations and price comparisons are part of your responsibility
• Analyses of offers and proposals ensure best value for money
• Transfer meetings between estimation and execution are attended by you
• Orders and contracts are prepared by you in consultation with the team

Profile

For this position, we are looking for an Engineer with strong construction acumen and the right mix of accuracy, organisation and team spirit.
