Project Manager

Function

In summary, you will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, organisation and flawless execution of the projects assigned to you. Specifically, your job includes the following tasks: You organise technical discussions with the entire construction team - including the building owner, architect and contractor - to jointly ensure correct and trouble-free execution of the project. You will use Autocad and other software to draw up work lists and technical details so that the fitters know exactly how to assemble and install the external joinery, and prepare for any challenges within the project. With the support of our technical department, you order the required materials and arrange the use of possible subcontractors. You manage the assembly teams and subcontractors and provide them with the necessary technical guidance. You are also responsible for the financial follow-up of the project: you draw up periodic progress reports for the client based on the project progress and monitor the overall return. Finally, you report directly to the head of department.

Profile

You possess a passion for the trade and are motivated to complete each project to perfection and with the utmost accuracy. Technical knowledge of external joinery and its details is absolutely relevant. Do you already have relevant work experience or a degree in a technical field? That is a bonus, but if you are an eager-to-learn starter with the ambition to quickly grow into a professional, you are equally welcome. You enjoy working independently and know how to keep an overview of your projects. In addition, you have a good knowledge of Autocad and are familiar with MS Office. You have an excellent command of Dutch and you work in a structured and accurate way and remain calm under pressure. Customer contact does not scare you off either: you are known for your customer-friendly approach and professional communication, both internally and externally.
