Project Manager

Function

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind various projects in Lummen and the surrounding area. You will take responsibility for all technical, quality and organisational aspects of the projects assigned to you. Through meticulous execution, coordination and monitoring, you ensure that the works are completed within the set budget and timeframe. You monitor safety procedures, act as the point of contact for the client, follow up on site meetings, draw up progress reports and evaluate the final cost analysis. In addition, you will manage the site staff and work closely with the works planners and the procurement manager. You will report directly to the Technical Director.

Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in civil or industrial engineering (or equivalent through experience).
• Has at least a few years’ relevant experience in a technical, project-based role (recent graduates are also welcome).
• A competent person has a good understanding of standard working methods, materials and applicable safety requirements.
• Sterk has strong communication skills, is customer-focused and can work independently.
• Is proactive and has a critical mindset.
• Has strong organisational skills and is able to motivate others.
• Has an excellent command of Dutch, with a basic knowledge of French and English.
• Is willing to travel regularly to various sites within the Antwerp/Brussels/Liège triangle.
